Fees

Our fees vary based on the estimated size and complexity of the design. A 2,500 square foot home typically has a total fee of less than $2,900. (Design fees are not based solely on the homes square footage.) Once your program is submitted to us, we will send you a proposal with a fixed fee for each phase based on the information you give us.
